Review: Ordered 6 (3)pound bags of [redacted] Bird Treats on April 5th. Email came to me confirming order on April 5th. Money was transferred from my [redacted] account to Feather Fantasy on April 5. I have contacted the company asking for a status on 4/14/15, 4/17/15, and 4/21/15 asking for a call and/or email letting me know what the status is. The only thing I have received from the company is a computer generated email changing the status on 4/17/15 to processing. The last email I sent yesterday stated to call or email me letting me know something by today as I am out of bird food and have to purchase it somewhere else. No response today. I now would just like my money back.Desired Settlement: Money back!!
