I lost power during the January cold snap, and ** *** told me it was not their problem, that my circuit breaker box must have died It turned out they were wrong, a ** *** transformer had blown; it affected only three houses, so it took them a while to figure it out But meanwhile I called MrFixit in a panic...I had no heat and it was degrees outside! MrFixit dropped everything and in less than an hour sent their electrical contractor (*** *** ***) to my home; *** *** quickly determined that ** *** was at fault; he even talked to a ** *** rep for me, to be sure they understood what was wrong and that I got immediate service I can't say enough about the wonderful and expert assistance I got from MrFixit (as always) and from *** *** Both are companies I highly recommend
