We received a letter from the Revdex.com on Friday 9/25/This Letter informed us that we have a case with a [redacted] We would like to show email correspondence, Paypal Receipt and Handwritten Receipt [redacted] was interested in a Mini SheepadoodleOne her original Application she stated that she was open to either genderPlease see attached application and receipt belowGoing into a litter "open" means that you will be offered the gender that is more prominentIn Maggie's litter this was females Between the dates of 9/24/and 6/7/there have been over email correspondencesAttached are the emails of importanceAdditional emails include pictures and videos of puppy optionsWe can email those as well if needed All Attached emails are saved with the date first followed by explanation Ms [redacted] stated that she had not received a puppy and that a puppy that we thought was best for her was forced upon herIn the Email correspondence you will see that several puppies were offered to Ms [redacted] on several different occasions The most important is the Birth announcement sent on This Announcement states the upcoming important dates that puppies can go home as well as when payment is dueThis email also states that the client must respond to be in the litterWhich Ms [redacted] did Final payments for this litter were due by Several emails were sent on this day to remind clients that payments were dueBoth emails sent to Ms [redacted] are attached She responded the following day that she would like to wait for the next litterHowever, per policy and stated on the website (link was attached in email) if you fail to pay balance when due you will lose your deposit and be required to pay for the next puppy in full at the birth of the litterAll corresponding emails are attachedWe must keep things as fair as possible for all clients Even with the payment issue we tired to find a match that Ms [redacted] was happy with and to no availThis can be seen in emails attached from 1.6.15- We received a response from Ms [redacted] stating that she wanted a maleHowever, we cannot switch the gender in the middle of a litterMs [redacted] said that she would then go with a femaleWe informed her based on what she was looking for that Mia and Hazel, two of the females in the litter, were the calmest and most geared towards what she had explained she was looking forOnce She had made her Final payment we could secure one of the females for herShe responded that she wanted Macy as seen in the attached emailsFeathers and Fleece responded that we could not secure a puppy without payment and we must have your top two choices This is the last email we received from Ms [redacted] until 6/7/when she explained that she had gotten a new email addressDue to no response we placed [redacted] or Patty [redacted] in the hold file Furthermore, Ms [redacted] never contacted us to let us know that she was upset or that she would like to move forward in another litterThe letter from the Revdex.com is the first we have heard of an issue with Ms [redacted] In Addition, a statement from Paypal showing the deposit paid is attachedThe Deposit paid is $not $as stated in the complaint However, we would still love to work with Ms [redacted] and find her the Mini Sheepadoodle that suits herThis being said we will need payment in full at the birth of the litter We do our absolute best to work and communicate with all clientsIn this case it came down to financial issues and policyThis is something that we cannot helpFeathers and Fleece Farm states all policy clearly on our website and if issues arise we will refer clients to the websiteI hope that this case can be ignored as there is no truth to the slander in the complaint Thank you for the chance to respond and send our files and emails [redacted] Feathers and Fleece Farm feathersandfleece.com ###-###-####

Application she stated that she was open to either gender. Please see attached application and receipt below. Going into a litter "open" means that you will be offered the gender that is more prominent. In Maggie's litter this was females.    Between the dates of 9/24/14 and 6/7/15 there have been over 28 email correspondences. Attached are the emails of importance. Additional emails include pictures and videos of puppy options. We can email those as well if needed.  All Attached emails are saved with the date first followed by explanation.    Ms. [redacted] stated that she had not received a puppy and that a puppy that we thought was best for her was forced upon her. This Announcement states the upcoming important dates that puppies can go home as well as when payment is due. This email also states that the client must respond to be in the litter. Which Ms. [redacted] did.   Final payments for this litter were due by 1.5.15. Several emails were sent on this day to remind clients that payments were due. Both emails sent to Ms. [redacted] are attached.  She responded the following day that she would like to wait for the next litter. Feathers and Fleece responded that we could not secure a puppy without payment and we must have your top two choices.  This is the last email we received from Ms. [redacted] until 6/7/15 when she explained that she had gotten a new email address. Due to no response we placed [redacted] or Patty [redacted] in the hold file.   Furthermore, Ms. [redacted] never contacted us to let us know that she was upset or that she would like to move forward in another litter. The letter from the Revdex.com is the first we have heard of an issue with Ms. [redacted].   In Addition, a statement from Paypal showing the deposit paid is attached. The Deposit paid is $200.00 not $250.00 as stated in the complaint.  However, we would still love to work with Ms. [redacted] and find her the Mini Sheepadoodle that suits her. This being said we will need payment in full at the birth of the litter.  We do our absolute best to work and communicate with all clients. In this case it came down to financial issues and policy. This is something that we cannot help. Feathers and Fleece Farm states all policy clearly on our website and if issues arise we will refer clients to the website.
