Review: I purchased 2 types of feathers from the website. I entered my credit card info and was charges for all items. Then I received an email informing me that the blue feathers were out of stock, how would I like to proceed. I replied to send the items that were in stock and inform me when the blue wing feathers were in. a few days later I received another email saying they were waiting for my response. I again responded with the same response. a couple days later I received the peacock feathers I had ordered, but was not credited for the item that was out of stock and not shipped. I emailed three times and I called the phone number on the website. It has been 2 months and I have not received any response or the items I was charged for.Desired Settlement: If they have received the blue peacock wings, I would like them shipped. If they still do not have them, I would like an immediate refund. either way, they should have responded to my numerous inquirires.
