We have no record of Ms*** requesting to be removed from our calling lists; the only time we have spoken to her in the last three months, our call was disconnected before we had an opportunity to speak to her All other calls have gone unanswered We were unaware that Ms*** preferred to not be contacted until receipt of this complaint We have placed her telephone number on our internal do-not-contact list, and have permanently cancelled the account associated wtih that number We believe that this fully resolves Ms***'s complaint Best Regards, Chris ***Staff AttorneyFeature Films for Families***

numbers provided by Ms. P[redacted] on our internal do-not-contact list and cancelled the account associated therewith.  Feature Films for Families regularly scrubs its calling lists for mobile numbers and makes every effort to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.  Ms. P[redacted] is welcome to email me with any other numbers she would like us to research or simply add to our do-not-contact list.  Best Regards, Chris I[redacted]Staff AttorneyFeature Films for Families[redacted]@familytv.com

Feature Films for Families appreciates the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  Ms. [redacted] complains that she is being contacted about payment for a package of films which she believes were destroyed in a house fire in 2010.  We have reviewed our records, and they indicate...

Ms. [redacted] ordered and received a package of 25 films which were delivered quarterly in 2012, and therefore would not have been involved in her unfortunate house fire in 2010.  The total cost of the film package was $206.70.  We have written off the balance owing and permanently cancelled Ms. [redacted]'s account.  We would be happy to consider any other actions the Revdex.com would find helpful, but will otherwise consider the matter closed.   Best Regards,  Christopher I[redacted]Associate General Counsel Feature Films for Families

Feature Films for Families appreciates the opportunity to respond to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint.  We have researched the telephone number provided by Mr. [redacted] and found that it was linked to the account of a customer who has subsequently changed telephone numbers.  We have investigated his...

complaint that we have attempted to call him "3-8 times a week." Our records do not comport with Mr. [redacted]'s assertion.  However, we have no wish to be a nuisance to Mr. [redacted].  We have removed Mr. [redacted]'s telephone number from that account and placed his number on our internal Do-Not-Contact list.  We would be happy to consider any further action Mr. [redacted] might consider necessary to resolve his complaint, but will otherwise consider the matter closed.  Best Regards, Christopher I[redacted]Staff AttorneyFeature Films for Families [redacted]

Feature Films for Families appreciates the opportunity to respond to Ms. M[redacted]'s complaint.  We have reviewed our records, and they indicate that Ms. M[redacted] has a long history of supporting the values-based entertainment offered by Feature Films for Families.  Since 1999, our...

records indicate she has purchased more than 40 of our films.  I have personally reviewed the recordings from February 16 of this year for both the sales and validation calls during which Ms. M[redacted] expressly agreed to purchase a package of 50 films for herself, and agreed to have the payments for those films spread over 12 months.  Feature Films is confident that Ms. M[redacted]'s repeated assent to both the sale and the payment terms constitute a valid sale.Further, Ms. M[redacted] has been unresponsive to a number of attempts to contact her regarding this package of films and her past-due payments in April, May, July, and August of this year, despite her assurance to our agent that the number we were using was both authorized for this communication and the only number on which she could be reached.  We have no record that Ms. M[redacted] has made any attempt to return our calls or to otherwise contact us regarding her February 16, 2015 order.  However, we strive to treat each of our customers as family.  Ms. M[redacted] indicates that she still has the unopened box of films which were sent to her immediately following her February 16, 2015 order.  We will send a return authorization and prepaid shipping label to the address provided by Ms. M[redacted].  Once we have received the films we will be happy to refund Ms. M[redacted]'s for any payments which have been made and credit her account for the remaining balance.  Ms. M[redacted] is, as always, welcome to contact us directly at [redacted] to resolve these issues or with any additional questions.  Best Regards, Chris I[redacted]Staff AttorneyFeature Films for Families

M[redacted] indicated she was not interested in purchasing any of our values-based and family-oriented films as she had done in the past.  As we have not spoken with Ms. M[redacted] in the better part of two years, and were not informed the last time we did speak with her that she no longer wished to be contacted, we had not placed her number on our do-not-contact list.  We have now done so, as well as permanently cancelling the account associated with her telephone number.  Best Regards, Chris I[redacted]Staff Attorney1.800.FAMILYTV

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although, when they called, I was advised not to hang up, when I picked up the phone, because previously I had been asked to be taken off the list.  I see they will not remove my name, and that is a GOD SEND .  Thank you so very much!
Sincerely,

films in September of 2015, for which Feature Films for Families has still received no payment.  Our records also indicate that in our attempts to resolve Ms. [redacted]'s delinquent balance, she was offered the opportunity to upgrade to a larger package of films at a lower per-film price, however, our records, including the call recordings I have reviewed do not indicate she was required or coerced to do so, and any such pressure would be strictly contrary to our company policies, values, and training.  We have written off the $31.85 balance owed by Ms. [redacted] and permanently cancelled the account associated with Ms. [redacted]'s telephone number.  We would be happy to consider any other actions the Revdex.com might think necessary to resolve this situation, but will otherwise consider the matter closed.   Best Regards,  Chris I[redacted]Associate General CounselFeature Films for Families

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Let's start with this: I have had the same phone number for over 10 years. So YOUR assertion that a previous customer had my number and did business with you is absurd. Now let's list the reasons your "company" is an embarrassment.I find it embarrassing that your response to a complaint is to correct me and label me a liar for no reason other than your own satisfaction. You are a business, act professionally.I find it embarrassing the lengths a person has to go to to get their number removed from your call list as is proven by the numerous complaints to the Revdex.com.I find it embarrassing that in resolving my issue, you can see how many times you've called me and can attempt to correct me with a snarky response, but can't see that I never answer and get the hint.I find it embarrassing that a company called Feature FIlms for Families interrupts families on a constant basis with unblock-able robo-calls.I find it embarrassing that you say you don't want to be a nuisance, when your entire business model revolves around just that.So this matter is not closed.  In your next response, I want an apology. For myself and everyone else you harass with your calls. And concerning that response, I would appreciate if it didn't have the same snarky attitude as your previous response.I'm not naive enough to believe you will change your disgusting business practices, but an apology is a step in the right direction.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
