On Saturday, October 1st, I purchased computer support/software installation from Febline, Incfor $ Installation of the software started, but was left unfinished (as per the chat message)I have had no call or email from Febline one way or the other No new software was or is installed on my laptop I tried calling but no one answered the phone; one of the calls to Febline lasted up to a 45-minute hold I sent an email on Saturday night, and two more on Sunday morning My last email requested a cancellation and refund I still have the software problem that prompted me to call for support Following is what was supposedly purchased by me:

Recently I?ve been having some problems with the connection between my computer and printer, so on September 5th, 2016, I accessed a tech support company, Feline Inc., that had its phone number on the hp website, and asked them if they could solve the problem A technician took control of my computer and said he installed security software I was charged $USD for this He highly recommended that I purchase another printer, as mine was out of warrantee, and tried to sell me one, but I declined this
Yesterday I did purchase another hp printer from London Drugs, and accessed the online sprotocol The stechnician wasn't able to make the printer work with my computer, and said that there were threats on my computer and no security software I don?t know what the Feline technician did, but it didn?t solve the problem, and apparently made it worse I?ve now had to hire another company recommended by hp to repair my computer, for an additional $USD
