I called this company to have our A/C ducts cleaned and sanitized The technician called minutes out and showed up promptly Once there, he started his sales pitch and scare tactics He looked into several vents and took pictures with his phone He then said he spotted black mold in a couple of the ducts prompting him to test the substance He went to his van and reappeared in the house minutes later with a test kit tube (not in a package so I couldn't tell if it was a brand new kit) I questioned him about that and he immediately shrugged off my question and focused on my wife, totally ignoring me He was busted and he knew it He was telling my wife that black mold was dangerous and we were in danger and he could mitigate the danger with a treatment of "expensive chemicals" He then stated that mold was classified into three categories, "A", "B" and "C" What started out as a $duct cleaning was turning into a $cleaning of my wallet! He went about setting up his equipment and during that time he said his test was complete and that we had a category "4" mold infestation! Not category "A", "B" or "C"! Couldn't even keep his story straight! I told him to pack up his things and we would not be needing his services He was astounded and asked if we were "good" I stated that we were replacing the ducting instead of cleaning it Total rip-off! Would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE

I'm not happy with the service they provide on my air duct cleaning ,I believe is scam the technician take a picture from my picture id with the check with his phone ,that was new to me ,and also very un porfational and rude .he was forcing me for a service I didn't ask ,I would not recommend this company to any one.buch of tiefs

3/16/16: WORST COMPANY ON EARTH!!!! [redacted] the receptionist and told she is the manager of Febrez AC, said the owner will not correct problem even though I paid 100%, basically I got ripped of after paying $2,790.00 for this Goodman ac unit, 2 years ago. SInce then the housing is falling off my ceiling, so now have to pay ---$1,200.00 to another hvac company to correct. Furthermore after investigation I found out PERMIT WAS NEVER PERFORMED yet they charged me as part of their install for permit. ALso high voltage conduit and no disconnect at air handler on indoor unit. -BOTH BREAKERS ARE OVER FUSED -INDOOR PLATFORM HAS TO BE REPLACED, DOING SO TODAY, PART OF MY $1200.00 REPAIR BILL TODAY. -FEBREZ AC LOCATED IN JACKSONVILLE, FAILED TO REGISTER THE UNIT THEREFORE I DON'T HAVE A PROPER WARRANTY. -FIRE HAZARD- EVIDENCE (I HAVE PICTURES TOO) OF HAZARD HIGH VOLTAGE ON INDOOR UNIT NOT IN CONDUIT AND SO DISCONNECT AT THE AIR HANDLER

Febrez is not a good service providerMy AC was service for the annual maintenance in May 27, According to the technician everything was okay and working properly and the only thing needed was freeonAccordinly, they say lbs was added for which they charge $plus the promotional fee for checking the system in the amount of $for a total of $
Today I had to call becaue the AC went off last night June 17, 2015, and the home temperature went up to degreesThis company have no concern and consideration and told me they can only send a techincian back to the home from 4Pm to 7Pm (today June 18)It hasn't been a month since the service was done and we already have no AC and on top of that the long waiting for sending a technicianThis should had beed treated as an emergency because chances are the AC failure is probably there fault
People should not use this AC service providerNot good at all

I called the company that installed my HVAC system Air Care Solutions at 738-as the system they installed in September of has failed again (even though I felt put together on the sale of a NEW unit versus trying to fix the one I had) They sent someone out today by the name of "***" and a helper "***" in a van labeled for FEBREZ AIR? Within minutes of just "Looking" at my system after telling him the symptoms and what I found out about the red blinking code he stated "there is nothing I can do it is your "Igniter thingy" and you need to call the manufacturer for the warranty Confused I asked him is he going to test anything and make sure what the problem is and he stated "If I want him to fix it he would charge me $1,and could have the part out tomorrow but why would I pay him if the system is under warranty and to call Goodman He said if the unit was years old I was have just sold you a new unit but you just bought this a year and a half ago He leaves and I do as instructed and call Goodman who wants to know why I am calling them when the tech needs to go through the distributor and get a replacement part and charge me for labor as labor is not covered
Confused again, I call the office (Air Care Solutions) up and spoke to *** again who set up the service call and she said I should call the manufacturer as instructed I explained to her that I did and explained as she made it clear to me in the first call I made to her that ONLY parts are covered under warranty not LABOR and that they would waive the service fee if I paid for the repair? Even more confused I asked her then why would the service tech leave and say he could not do anything and to call Goodman when I knew I needed to pay for labor She said I don't know and put me on hold and called the technician and came back and said the tech stated I WANTED to go through Goodman which is why he left I asked about the fact that Goodman would only warranty the part and what was I going to do with the part if I got it? She then changed her demeanor and stated that there are no managers available until Monday and to call back then I did not ask for a manager but I guess it was her way of deflecting the issue I hung up and then call the technical who came out and asked why he told the office I wanted to go trough the manufacture and that I need my system fixed (Keep in mind it Is degrees with no heat) and he said If I have a problem I need to call the main office not him (understanding now that since he could not upsell me a new unit as I already had one that he was not interested in trouble shooting my system or fixing it and wanted just the money for the visit
I call *** back and explain that I understand there is no manager available until Monday (even though it is Friday morning and someone has to be supervising the techs in the field) but can I at least get another tech out to properly troubleshoot my system and she quickly defaulted to you will HAVE to pay for another service call and then went through the obligatory statement "which we will waive it you agreed to pay for any labor I ask what is their labor rates and she said the tech will "work" with you on that when they get out I agree and she schedules someone else to come out today
"***" comes out ( real name is *** caller ID when he called to say he was on his way, I point this out as the first team stated different names then what they wrote on the ticket) who is also from Febrez and brings in a bag of tools (improvement!) but then realize that he does not know how to troubleshoot and does not have a multi meter to test the pressure switch as I indicated that it was what the red light code was indicating on the furnace He calls and speaks to someone over the phone to ask what to do and determines it is the pressure switch He comes back off the phone to tell me that he was told it would cost $for the part and they would not charge me labor???? I already knew the part was not bad as I did the ohms test and just needed to know what was giving the reading on the pressure switch as something was clogged and not creating the correct pressure I asked isn't the parts covered under warranty as your company installed my system less than a year and half ago He does not know about any warranty and that he does not make up the price and is only doing what he is told I state that I can purchase the part on amazon for $OEM exact match part number which I had already reached before realizing the switch was not bad He says OK and then just packs up and asks me to pay for the service call (second fee even though nothing has been done or fixed twice in one day) I call *** back and ask her why would be try to charge me $for a warranty part and tell me they are not charging me for labor? She defaults to the manager on Monday statement again and I end the call with still no working service and only feeling played with for a second time I end up calling another company out who actually had diagnostic tools and spend minutes isolating the root cause of the pressure switch error and found a clogged line and only charged me for the service call
The reason I started this review with the phone number used to call is it is the same number listed for Febrez Air online under Revdex.com Complaints and it is the same number for Air Care Solutions which also has Revdex.com Complaints Are they the same company? Either way their scam is simple, send out service technicians with no tools and no experience to try and upsell fixes and then schedule a REAL technical if you take the bait If you don't they leave with nothing done I say this because the same tech *** "***" was the one who came out last summer to troubleshoot my A/C unit which broke down the first summer of using the unit and he said someone else would have to come out as he could not determine what the problem is as he does not have the correct tools but that it was under warranty It stood out to me that they said it last time and it happened again? It seems that the service tech team is just out to "troll" for any quick victims they can find to upsell or make up prices and if not move on to the next one without doing anything They should not be allowed to keep working with the same people under a different name
!!!Alert!!! also noticed that after my experience I went to see reviews about the company Air Care solutions and you can clearly see on the site yellowpages.com where it is the same person or group of employee making the star reviews as they ALL have the same broken English and improper word structure They are padding all their star reviews with star made up reviews to keep there star rating falsely high This should be illegal and they just need to be shut down under what ever name they use

The technician broke a gate, dented our dryer, left a mess of dust and tracked mud on our new carpets and then finally admitted he did those thing after we discovered them when they leftWe were home the entire time and the technician didn't say a word The owner in Jacksonville, Florida did not find that it was worth reaching out to us after e-mails and phone calls in four day to rectify the situation

This company's phone number is listed on many different webpages, specifically at Air-care-solutions.com yet they take zero responsibility for that They have a central office that all the calls are forwarded to Something fishy going on and I have a receipt for work done by air care solutions that has "Febrez AC" toll free number on it! All they will do is send someone new to charge me a new amount to help with my AC and they claim ignorance when answering questions about Aircare, they say its out of business but if you go to Aircare-solutiuons.com you have a full website with their number listed Even the local number for orlando is forwarded to the SAME LINE

TURN AND RUN!!! THIS COMPANY DOES BELOW SUBPAR WORK, AND DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORK OR CARE IF THE SYSTEM THEY PUT IN EVEN WORKS, WHEN MY SYSTEM BROKE AFTER 8 MONTHS, AND $23,000 , I WAS TO THAT I WANT A PAYING CUSTOMER AND THEY WOULD GET TO IT WHEN THEY COULD BECAUSE WARRANTY WORK, DOESN'T GENERATE I COME FOR THEM, IF I WERE WILL ING TO PAY, AFTER SPENDING THAT MUCH MONEY TO HAVE A SYSTEM THAT WORKS, THEN THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY!!!

My Hvac system stop working a few days ago. I called to set appointment to get it fixed and they send tech the day after. The tech showed me that I have a leak of refrigerant. The unit is orginal and it's about 20 years old. The tech explained me what I can do to avoid that happening again in the future. And offer me few options to get it fixed. I decided to Go and change the entire system rether than invest money on a old unit with no warranty. They left an estimate for a 3 tons system. and after checking the market I got back to them. They was much cheaper than other company's and provided the same brand. With good warranty.
They came they day after to instal the unit. The tech was very professional and did a great job. I had very good experience with this company. There office respond very fast and they got job done professionally. It's my first time using them. And I will highly recommend to use there services.

This company is a scam! They have a coupon to get your air ducts cleaned, and it says it includes unlimited vents, but all they did was hook up the machine to one vent, set it on suction, then walked around the house with a long stick with a floofy thing on the end, looked at all the other vents, said, "that one is clean," and didn't do anything to them. He was supposed to open each vent and insert that tool, spin it around, and shove it farther in the duct so the machine would suck that dust out. Left undisturbed, that machine doesn't have a strong enough suction to suck all the dust out of each vent. So if you want to pay a company to pretend to clean all of your vents, then this is definitely the company you should waste your money with.
When I called customer service, they said all they do is hook the machine up to one vent because that cleans all the vents. I asked what the tool is for if the suction machine is all that's needed, and why did the guy walk all over our house with it, and she said if we wanted the detailed air duct cleaning, then we should have paid more. She said we didn't pay to have each vent cleaned. I told her the coupon said "unlimited vents," and that earlier she said each vent is cleaned with the machine being hooked to one vent. She kept changing her statements. Lie after lie.
