[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:1) I have been contacting companies to remove my name/address from their mailing lists since before I moved to Pennsylvania in I do this for privacy, security and, especially, for environmental reasonsI contacted Fecera's every time I received their junk mail, but they ignored all my requests – until April when I indicated I would contact the Revdex.com to intervene on my behalfOnly then did Fecera's respond to my message, but only to say that they would not honor my request 2) Fecera's also never acknowledged my request that they not rent, sell, or share my personal information with Fecera’s affiliate and nonaffiliated companies 3) In all the years I have asked companies to remove my name/address from their mailing lists, Fecera's was the only one who did not comply with my requestFecera's is not the only company that uses an advertising agency, so their excuses are unacceptable 4) Fecera's attached PDF response makes no mention of any resolution 5) I do not wish to receive any further communication from Fecera's, since they clearly have no intention of honoring my requestIf I receive any more junk mail from Fecera's, I will try to find a consumer advocacy group, and possibly the Federal Trade Commission, to deal with them I would like to thank [redacted] and the Better Business Bureau for their efforts on my behalf st1\: [redacted] / [redacted] Style Definitions */ Regards, [redacted]

We are not ignoring this ladies complaint We have spoken to her several times in the past and assured her that we do not have her name on Fecera's mailing list We have an advertising agency who purchases mailing lists from mailing list companies Her name must be on a general list When our agency sends direct mail advertising and purchases a list her name apparently is on the list We do not have any control over the names that appear on the list There is no way we can remove her name from another companies list.We are sorry that she is offended and we apologize for this problem

We issued the credit on the second sofa and have been trying to get the second credit issued for weeks but *** *** has been unavailable*** *** was told that as soon as our delivery men remove the sofa out of her home they would have the credit issued before leaving her property*** ***
purchased all the items from her cousin Lee G*** who is a sale associate at our *** locationShe has also spoken with the store manager Jerry V*** and the general manager Jeremy R*** who works out of the corporate officeMrR*** spoke with her last week and is trying to get he set up this Saturday to bring this issue to closureIf she is not comfortable speaking with either man she is more than welcome to speak with MrG*** who is her cousin and can also set up the pick up and then have the credit issuedIf there is any assistance you could give in finalizing the pick up date it would be greatly appreciated

I am rejecting this response because: There has never been any credits issued to me for anythingNot one penny, ChrisYour delivery men were here at my house (last time) on Saturday, November 22ndand your store manager Jerry not only didn't credit me he threatened me with the policeHow dare you say I have not been available for weeksI have been trying to rectify this since the beginning of SeptemberIt wasn't until I got nasty that anyone paid attentionFor you to suggest that this is on me is just another reason why doing business with you is just plain uglyI have tried for months to get in touch with you (Chris F*) and was told multiple times by maybe employees that they're told to send everything back to the storeThat the corporate office doesn't handle any situationsThe store manager says it's the corporate officeOnce again when I have confirmation from my credit card company that the credit has been issued I will be satisfiedIf this continues much further I will be taking another route

I had furniture delivered by Feceras on August 7,When their movers were moving the bedroom set up the stairs in my house the damaged the entry walls, foyer walls, ceiling and staircaseThey also damaged the furnitureThe delivery guy said he would document the damage and my wife was placed on call to Feceras to tell them about the experienceShe told them about the damage and they acknowledged there was damageMy wife took pictures of the damage they did.They did fix the damage to the furniture but now they are now refusing to pay for the all the damages they did to my houseThey will only pay for one wall to be fixed or give us 400$ which doesn't even cover half the cost of the damages that were quoted to us by professional painting companiesI ask to speak to the owner MrFeceras and he refuses to talk to me We are forced to speak to an Erica or Diane and this issue is not getting resolvedAll we want is them to pay for ALL the damage their movers did to our house
