We indeed installed the shutters on Mr. [redacted]'s home November 2012, and have been out once before to repair a shutter. Our intention was to do the repair as soon as we had a second call in that area as it is about a two hour drive. Unfortunately we have not had any additional calls from...
that area for a few months. We will contact the customer and make arrangements for the repairs within 10 days.
As a side note the contractor who build the home has still not paid the invoice for the shutters in full. A balance of $757.00 remains after nearly two years (approx. 15% of the job).
