Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I believe that the Revdex.com needs to investigate FedChex practices because on the date this business in their response reports they closed the claim (March 19, 2015), they actually sent a third notice demanding paymentThe postmark on the envelope is March 23,Notice and envelope attached.While I am pleased to know that FedChex will no longer harass me with these fraudulent notices, they have unscrupulous business practices that I believe should be further investigated, shut down, and prosecutedI can imagine FedChex takes advantage of a lot of people who do not have the capacity or wherewithal to dispute these notices and fear -- like I did --FedChex will ruin their credit and cause harm, not to mention expense (time, resources to respond, fees to send certified mail) I calculate the damage to me to be around $in lost income and expenses.Best regards, [redacted]

Our company strives to be Customer Service oriented, so we appreciate

the Customers I have researched your account and our records actually indicate
that this account was canceled on 3/19/by our Management Team and no
further collection activity will take place on this accountAdditionally,
FEDChex does not do any credit reporting so there has not been anything
reported to the credit bureaus I am confident that my response addresses the concerns in your

reviewing the recorded calls it has been determined that at no time was there any unprofessional behavior being conducted from a *** agent with both calls being placed within the allowable calling hours in accordance with the FDCPA.1st call attempt 9/27/10:50am PST2nd call attempt10/2/20174:35pm PSTIn conclusion, we will adhere to the request made by *** in this complaint and will cease calling efforts effective immediately
