Fede Floors has scheduled to be at my house to fix issues with the original tile project at least a half a dozen times with complete no-shows
Dec until Now: Installed defective tileThe tile was in boxes that I had purchased and instead of alerting me immediately that there was defective tile, most of the defective pieces were installedFede took ownership of this and, after we worked out the issues with the mfg and got the replacement tile, Fede came back to take out the defects and install replacement tiles The grout had been half done since Dec The rest of the groutwork was done and it was inconsistent in color and texture Grout began to crumble in many areas soon afterFede came back to determine that all the grout needs to be removed and reinstalledFede had me pick out the new grout color and he ordered it He has scheduled the time to come out to take out the grout and reinstall three times since July and has been a no-show He will not return my calls or text
