I purchased two front and two rear tires for my carThey are different sizesThe front tires showed up but not the rearVulcan and UPS had to put a tracer on to no availOrder place 6/29/17, rear arrived 7/15/As I removed the strapping holding the two front tires together I noticed one tire was made 6/and the other 2/I contacted Vulcan again and was told the manufacturers warranty would still be in effectI put very few miles on this car, and change tires do to age and not wearI am way behind the eight ball nowTheir answer was that they were purchased from manufacturer within the last daysThe date codes were facing each other when banded togetherSo I guess they could be a year difference, as long as Vulcan bought them within daysVery disappointed!!!!!
I made purchases from this company, the most recent in 2013, 4x tires for my wifes carThis car is not used very many miles, so tires were 50%-70% tread remainingOn a recent trip I noticed a vibration (hundreds of miles from home), when I took the car into a local tire shop, it was found that the tread was separating from the tire on of of the tiresI immediately used Vulcans contact form to contact themNo response the next day, I called and a ticket was createdA few hours later I got an email describing a problem that was not at all related to my issueNo responce to that returned communication, the day after I contacted again since we needed to head homeNo responseI finally went back to the tire shop and had to have new tires put on, costing me $The day after this they finally responded saying that I would need to return the bad tires for evaluationThis is terrible customer support, leaving a family hanging with no communication for days on end creating stress and leaving us with a potentially dangerous tiresI will not be ordering tires from this company again, nor will I purchase Kumoh tires (that failed), who also did not stand behind their product
