Federal Direct has been in my life since 2009. They have changed my future for the better. I now have my own Tax Preparation business and am living out my dream. For the 2013 tax season so far I have done over a half a million in refunds for my clients. I am a small town office with 164 clients so far. They have the most wonderful support team. I have had some technical issues and yet they are there to fix them very quickly. I think out of 4 tax seasons I have only had 1 day to where I could not do taxes due to technical issues. I would recommend them to anyone. I cannot praise the whole Federal Direct team enough.[redacted] and [redacted] are awesome too. You are considered family with Federal Direct. They are always on top of new tax laws if they don’t know they will find out. They always seem to get their tax preparers the best deals from the banks for our clients. High praises all around!!! I could not be as successful as I am if I did not have them back me like they do.
