The customer ordered filters from our company had an issue which was resolvedWhen the issue was resolved he stopped payment on his credit card through his paypal accountWe have tried to contact him via email and by telephonePaypal has also tried to resolve this issue and they have been unsuccessfulThere is no reason to cancell the charge on his card
