Called for emergency service on Sunday, 11/17/19. Technician came and diagnosed problem and was committed to order of part and repairs no later than Tuesday, 11/19/19. Finally got part on Wednesday, 11/20/19. My husband missed two hours of work to meet technician to find out wrong part. Another part was ordered and Federal had on morning of Thursday, 11/21/19. Instead of sending technician directly to my home, he was sent somewhere else. I was still charged emergency fee after I was intentionally put on a delay on the morning of 11/21. This was 4 days past emergency call with non / poor communication and wrong parts ordered. I want reimbursement for emergency call versus standard call. Also, I 2as required to pay for incomplete job due to material shortage on housing unit that is currently on back order.
