This company is run by shady people who operate unethicallyWe were told we would be able to move in to a property on a certain day and after the company dodged calls for almost a week, we were told we were not accepted the day ofWe were outright lied to and did not get all of our money backI do not recommend doing business with these people
I lived in a property for years managed by Federal Housing Management Not only did they respond frequently but when we were moving in from another city & stressed to the max, they were awesome about getting us in quickly which was a huge issue for us Drove to my husband's work to get paperwork signed and give keys to us They were always polite, friendly & quickly responded to my texts to provide answers the whole time I happened to be the type of person who loved doing home maintenance myself so the misc things that I could take care of, as if it were my own home, I enjoyed doing and Chris & Rich were very grateful for our assistance All things I did happen to do were well within contract boundaries and actually FHM had lower $$ limits of things that the tenant would be required to handle themselves than many other landlords do that we've rented from They are often very busy with homes and they might be quicker to respond if they had just a little more help I was very pleased with the newest maintenance workers we saw recently come into the group - more guys that are excellent workers I highly recommend this property management group if you are looking for a home that will be easy to work with and not give you a pile of [redacted] when you move out either! I have had some bad experiences with landlords and Federal Housing Management was NOT one of them I very much enjoyed our time in the house we were in & only moved to downsize due to a job change on my part Otherwise, we would still be there enjoying the property we loved
