A replacement part was ordered from Federal Laptop in Reno NV, through [redacted].When realized that the wrong part was ordered, I emailed the seller.Their reply was several days later and only stated that I would be subject to a re-stocking fee. A second email requesting address to ship to was replied in several days later with information that I would be responsible for shipping. Again, no instruction as to where to ship. A third and fourth email received a reply with the "returns" address. By this time 15+ days had passed.I sent back the item through [redacted] tracking number [redacted],clearly delivered and signed at Federal Laptop in Reno NV.They claim item was never received. Again several emails and weeks went by.Neither [redacted] or [redacted] would open claims because it has gone past 30 days.Product_Or_Service: motherboard for laptopDesired SettlementI would like a refund for item purchased. Item was 49.99 including shipping. Plus 13.99 return shipping. total $63.98thank you.
