The other contractor left notes on his invoice to come back in 30 days to check the refrigerant charge in the system.After receiving a letter from Ms. [redacted] claiming that we sabotaged her air Conditioning unit, we contacted her, and sent the owner of our business out to talk with her. We explained to Ms. [redacted] that we did not sabotage her unit, and that her unit has a leak in it.We prepared a letter for Ms. [redacted] to sign that had her admit that the complaint was false. We paid her $325.06 the amount she paid the other contractor, to withdraw her false complaint. This letter is attachedThe complaint however made it to the Revdex.com. We contacted Ms. [redacted] and she said that she would contact you to withdrawal the complaint. It is our view that this complaint has been withdrawn, and we feel it should not show up on our record.
