To Whom it may concern,The technician that was out at her house noted that the system had a degree split temperature, and signs of a leak We recommended that Ms [redacted] replace her system due to age, and provided her an estimate Ms [redacted] had another contrator out to her home, and he recharged the system The other contractor left notes on his invoice to come back in days to check the refrigerant charge in the system.After receiving a letter from Ms [redacted] claiming that we sabotaged her air Conditioning unit, we contacted her, and sent the owner of our business out to talk with her We explained to Ms [redacted] that we did not sabotage her unit, and that her unit has a leak in it.We prepared a letter for Ms [redacted] to sign that had her admit that the complaint was false We paid her $the amount she paid the other contractor, to withdraw her complaint This letter is attachedThe complaint however made it to the Revdex.com We contacted Ms [redacted] and she said that she would contact you to withdrawal the complaint It is our view that this complaint has been withdrawn, and we feel it should not show up on our record If you have any questions you can contact me at 623-239-or [email protected],Cody L [redacted] General Manager
