We had water leaks repaired by this company.They showed up on the job ill prepared to do the work that they had planned for weeks in advance.The first leak was a brass union fitting that the water had worn right through and eventually leaked 8-10 gals per minute.A curb stop had to be replaced and they didn't have one with them,knowing they would need one.This had to be dug up twice because they didn't have the parts with them to make all the repairs.This leak was close to $5000.00 to repair.
The second leak involved the power being turned off , this happened at 8:00 Am and Dave and his crew didn't show up till going on 10:00 Am. We had two repairs planned for this day and only one was repaired.Cheap plastic elbow was the problem.The cost of this one was close to $3000.00.
The third leak was a check valves in our pump house , the plumber that came out only had one valve and it was smaller than was needed,installed that one without asking if it was OK.. Proved to be bad and had another company replace the bad one that they installed.The plumber tried to leave after the repair and we told him the pumps were hotter than usual. this would have burnt out our two pumps if he had left.
This repair cost close to $2000.00.The reason we had all this work done is because we have to give a notice to shut the water off and also planning has to be done to shut power off and couldn't back out at the last minute. We will never have Dave and his crew do work for us again.Worst people in the trade an very costly.
