This company sends out OSHA and EPA manuals. My place of business did not order this manual. You will then get a bill and they expect over $200. for a manual that was not needed nor was it ever ordered. The material that they sent can be obtained on the internet. Unfair business practice is exactly what they do! We will not be paying for a binder that we did not order. These binders are very poor quality and contain information easily obtainable and accessible to any person without purchase.
This business mailed me an OSHA manual without my permission as an owner then insisted I pay them almost $300. Talked to them and they said they would pay to mail it back then told me I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN IT!! I did because I didn't want a bill against me. SCAM!!!
I wish I could file a complaint instead of just a review! This company called my work, said we were REQUIRED to update our address with them. I did that, then a week later received a binder from them and a $198.50 bill for said binder! I called and said I never ordered anything and that I wanted to return. I was told I must not have heard the fee mentioned. Of course I heard what they said! There was NOTHING about an nearly $200 bill!
