This company called my work, said we were REQUIRED to update our address with them I did that, then a week later received a binder from them and a $bill for said binder! I called and said I never ordered anything and that I wanted to return I was told I must not have heard the fee mentioned Of course I heard what they said! There was NOTHING about an nearly $bill!
