Mr. [redacted] was fully refunded approximately two weeks ago.

[redacted] from business indicated he refunded the money and had the customer on the phone when it was being done.

Business said policy states the customer is supposed to send the old part back, which hasn't been done in this case.  Business is going to take care of the customer anyway and make a new item and ship it out on Monday.
