Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The parts that were put into my furnace were not faulty or defective, after the parts were replaced, Immediately.... I continued to have the exact same problem that I had before the new parts were put into the furnace. I called several times trying to explain this to Ryan, but he didn't want to hear my issue or even work with me on problem I was still havingHe demanded that I pay him what I still owed from the initial outing Which I refusedsince he failed to fix the issueAllTemp also claims to have cleaned my furnace and changed the filter, in which it was never mentioned or Charged for . Since I have no heat and it's -below on a holiday weekend and All Temp is refusing to come look at an ongoing issueI choose to call *** ***. The Tech came out and, within minutes he said he found the issue and it was due to a dirty pilot Orifice which was filthy and causing my furnace not to stay light, I have had absolutely no issues since that was cleaned by *** ***. and I had no problem paying them the $
Sincerely,
*** ***

January 4, Revdex.com Dear Ms***: This letter is in response to a complaint filed by Ms*** *** On November 22, 2017, AllTemp employee Sean K*** received a call from *** ***He was calling for his daughter, Ms*** ***,
with a complaint of no heat at her residence at *** *** *** *** Sean received the call at 10:AM and was on site at 10:AMHe diagnosed the spark module as failing to send volts to the gas valveHe replaced the spark module and then discovered that the gas valve was also not functioning properly by failing to open reliablyHe also replaced that partHe was on site from 10:45-4: Sean received a call on Thursday, November 23rd that the furnace wasn't workingHe was sick, and Ryan S*** owner of AllTemp Heating and Cooling, was out of town for Thanksgiving so no one could respond that daySean committed to being there the following day Sean arrived at 12:on the 24th and was there until 4:He cleaned the pilot head assembly and checked the operation of the furnace*** ***, who also resides at this address, observed Sean successfully test light the furnace times, indicating that the furnace was operating properly On December 12th, Ms*** called Ryan with complaints about the invoiceShe did not think that the parts that were installed were necessaryRyan explained that Sean had verified that both parts had failed before he installed themThe furnace operating properly after the replacement of the parts is evidence that it had been repaired AllTemp invoiced Ms*** on 11/28/17 for the work performed, with hours of labor deducted bringing the labor total from $to $AllTemp received $on December 19, Ryan called *** ***, the contact number on file, on December 19th about the partial paymentMr*** said that Mr*** had paid the $and that his daughter couldn't afford to pay the entire bill at this time but would pay $now and the rest next monthRyan agreed to that arrangement On Friday, December 22nd at 7:PM, Ms*** called and left a message that she had no heat in her houseShe called again on Dec26th at 8:AMRyan responded at 9:AM and explained that the Company had been closed over the holiday weekend Ms*** relayed that she had no heat but that "*** messed with the door switch and got the furnace to work over the weekend"She claimed the door switch was the problem all along and she shouldn't have to pay the invoiceRyan explained that the door switch is completely unrelated to the spark module and gas valveThe furnace not working now is a new issue and not uncommon due to the age of the unitRyan explained that if the parts were defective or there was an error on AllTemp's part, it would be warrantedMs*** then requested that Ryan come look at the furnaceRyan replied that he would be happy to when she paid the $that she currently owed and he would expect full payment upon completion of the service callMs*** responded that she was not going to pay and would find another company to repair her furnace AllTemp strives to remedy concerns to the satisfaction of every customerSean diagnosed the initial problem with the furnace and made the necessary repairs enabling the furnace to function properlyTherefore, AllTemp feels that the invoice is accurate and the charges are justifiedBecause Ryan, with his extensive experience, felt that he could have performed the work in less time than Sean, he deducted $of labor from the invoice upon issuance Even though it is a revenue loss, in the interest of resolving this matter, AllTemp would be willing to refund the $but would require that we remove the spark module and gas valve from the furnace for our ownershipHowever, our preference would be that we be compensated in full for services rendered Sincerely, Ryan S*** Owner AllTemp Heating and Cooling ***
