This is not "Water Gate"Federal Safety Supplies annually processes thousands of orders and has never been accused of altering a monitored telephone callFederal Safety Supplies would never jeopardize it's company by participating in such a fraudulent act. The issue and only issue is *** *** employee received a "cold call" and authorized the shipment without proper authorizationLast time Federal Safety Supplies check "cold calls" are not illegal. In a good faith effort, Yats @ ###-###-#### may keep the product with our complimentsInvoice #*** has been credited with a zero balance and Yats @ ###-###-#### has been blocked in the database

Review: Revdex.com Complaint Case # [redacted] was filed on 6/**/2014 against this company. Another copy of the same Invoice number [redacted] dated 5/**/2014 was faxed to us again on 6/**/2015. To my recollection we were informed by Revdex.com that the company, Federal Safety Supplies told us to keep the product and all communication would cease, but I can't locate my response from Revdex.com for confirmation. In our original complaint we stated, that no one ordered their product, and we requested that they send us a pre-paid return address label for the product to be returned, a label was never received. At that time we also requested that they never contact an[redacted] locations for solicitation. We want the billings to STOP as we never ordered the product, and the contact name they have on the Invoice does not, nor ever had authorization to order or purchase any product. All orders come from the Corporate headquarters. After researching this company online we found numerous complaints that listed this company as a scam. It stated they call unsuspecting businesses and get the persons name, they read a generic statement which would imply the person is agreeing to the purchase, and months later they invoice you, which of course is after the supposedly "return" deadline.Desired Settlement: Our desired outcome is for this business to discontinue any and all contact with [redacted] and to write off any and all invoices, charges and etc. they may have from [redacted]. We also request that the proper authorities get involved and stop this company from scamming innocent people/companies.

Review: This company calls your business and whoever answers the phone they say to that person,

" Is this (the name of your business?" Employee replies "yes." Federal Standard Posters then says "we have the first aid kit you ordered and we just need to confirm the mailing address is correct." Employee says "OK" not knowing if the owner did or did not order this product. Then Federal Standard Posters ships a box of posters and first aid kit with no return receipt and labeled with fraudulent Canadian phone number, so you have no idea where it came from and whom it belonged to. Then a week after it arrives they send a bill for $319 for your company to pay for something you never ordered. After several phone calls with the company they will still not take back their product even after I told them I did not order it and they can not prove the order because they do not have recording of me ordering product. There is also no return address for the box on it. Federal Standard Posters then sends a follow up bill for $100 as a settlement to keep their product. This is a phone scam.Desired Settlement: I am not going to pay for this illegal shipment. I have offered to ship it back to them at their expense and they will not do that. The unwanted items are now in the trash. They have committed a Federal crime against interstate shipping laws. They must show a 0 balance on my account and never contact any of my businesses again. I did not and will not contract with this company.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Federal Safety Supplies regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: This company misrepresented themselves to our business, was not clear about their product, and scammed one of our management staff. We were ultimately charged $350.00, an unauthorized amount, and then never refunded our money when the issue was addressed. It is impossible to get anyone to take your phone call at this business and receiving a refund or further information is nearly impossible. Please beware of this company if they cold call your business!Desired Settlement: We would simply like someone from the company to contact us regarding a refund. We have tried repeatedly over time to contact someone at Federal Safety but no one is available at any of their contact phone numbers or email addresses listed on their invoices or website.

Review: On March **, 2015 I received a call from an individual named [redacted] who claimed to be calling from Canadian Safety. He indicated that there had been recent changes to the OH&S Act and that I was required to have a new first aid kit and not to worry they hadn't forgotten about me and would ship it right away. He wanted to confirm my mailing address and proceeded to provide the physical location address of our office which is not our mailing address (I assume he found this on the internet). When I indicated that I hadn't ordered this he repeated that legislation had changed and I was required to have this new first aid kit and again not to worry because they hadn't forgotten about me. I asked who would be paying for this kit and he indicated that my company would. I advised him that I was not interested and ended the call.I then followed up with [redacted] and confirmed there had been no changes to the legislation and that a new new kit was not required. I then called back the number that had called me and realized that the individual who had called me was from Federal Safety Supplies and not Canadian Safety as he had represented.I am unsure if this was a sales tactic to force me to buy something I didn't order or if it was a scam to get my credit card information. Either way, he misrepresented the company he was calling from and provincial regulations.Further investigation identified the following link which appears to refer to a similar problem with this company. I have reached out to Federal Safety Supplies but they have not called back.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want to prevent others from being victims of these sales tactics.

Review: They sent a first aid kit to us in mail that was not a Authorized Purchase. They are now demanding we send them payment of $319.00 or send it back, whoever they want us to pay to send it back.Desired Settlement: We would like them to send us a call tag to send it back.
