I am rejecting this response because:
I blanket statement essentially calling my a liar is unacceptable
I DID bring up my problem while there, your staff said that there were no other available rooms and you were at capacity
Like I said numerous times, the first night I barely looked at anything, it was not until the second that I noticed these issues - which were brought up to staff who said they would look into itThis includes what seemed like sewage coming from the shower drain
I would like to know how an unopened package of diapers was mysteriously opened, moved, and missing diapers while I was awayI would love to hear this explained

about your experience at the New Braunfels Red Roof. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please accept my sincerest apologies.
According to our record guest stayed 2 nights at our location. We were not made aware of any problems with room or missing diapers. I also have not received any calls or email from guest. Today when I received this email from Revdex.com I was shocked that why nothing was mentioned to us if guest had all those problems yet guest spent 2 nights in same room. I am extremely sorry but our employees are honest and we do clean our rooms every day and change sheets etc. we do not rent dirty rooms to our guest. If guest had made us aware of the problem during their stay we would have gladly fixed the problem or moved them to different room.
We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
