We tried to reach out to the client once this complaint was made to see what issues...

she was having and she has yet to responded. Since she has been enrolled with us we continue to work on her account. As stated in the agreement and during the time of the enrollment each customer is informed that the consolidation will begin once the processing and transferring fee is completely in, this particular client still has 1 payment left in December.

Review: I have not received any communication in regards to my consolidation of student loans. I feel it is unprofessional and is a false program, a scam. Until I get some kind of response I am going to file a claim against the charges that were deducted from my bank account..Desired Settlement: I would like to have all 6 of my payments of [redacted]. to be credit back to my bank account. I am unsatisfied with this program and feel it is a scam because there has been no responses to my phone calls or emails in regards to my consolidation agreement. I will be sure to pass this along so no one else has to deal with this.

Review: This company has been taking $116.50 from my bank account since July 2014. I thought it was my student loan company taking money out for my student loans, however I spoke with my student loan company this morning and they have not received any payments and have no record of working with this company. They have charged a total of I believe $582.50 from what I saw when checking my statements, but it could be more. Please assist me in getting this money back and closing down this business so it does not happen to anyone else.Desired Settlement: 582.50

Review: I started receiving multiple calls from this company trying to get me to consolidate my student loans. They told me that they could consolidate both of my student loans into one payment, reduce my student loan debt down to $10,000, reduce my loan payments down to around $30 a month charging no interest. I would be charged a fee of $699 which would be taken out once a month at around $140 for 5 months. They took out 5 payments & then the next month I received a letter from the place that has my loan stating I was past due. So I called them stating I consolidated my loans and set up a payment plan and she said she has no idea what I was talking about. She said my student loan was past due & they haven't received any payment. So I tried calling this company to see what was going on & could never get ahold of anyone. Everytime I called trying to speak to someone I was sent to a voicemail asking to leave a message & someone would get back to me but nobody ever called me back. So I called fed loans again to talk to someone about this. She said that they were aware of these 3rd party companies trying to use people to get money. The said that they consolidate student loans for free I don't have to pay a fee. They are trying to get these companies that do this in trouble because so many people have gotten scammed. So she gave me the number to the Revdex.com to file a claim. I was told one thing and nothing that they said was done & they took my $699!!! I want my money back this is a scam!!!Desired Settlement: I want the money I paid back which was $699

Review: The Student Loan Helpline offers a service to help reducepayments/forgive student loan debt. They require a fee up front via ACH withdrawal from your bank account and payments for the next five years. The balance of your unpaid loans after the five years would be forgiven.The representatives seem to be very knowledgeable of personal information not submitted to them. For example, they do not conduct a verification process when you call; they simply tell you who you are prior to discussing your reason for calling. I was told that my student loans would be placed in a deferment status until fees were paid. After the third month, I started receiving calls from my student loan servicer stating my loans were in danger of default and no one has submitted anything on my behalf. I attempted to contact Student Loan Helpline representatives by name/position and, number several times for assistance and was unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of fees paid. I have resolved my student loan without the assistance of Student Loan Helpline.
