Hello, We offered to go back out to complete any unpacking/assembly that may not have been completed. Often times customers have unreasonable expectations to what the crew will do during an "unpack". They lay items on a flat surface - it is not maid service.  We cannot settle any...

claims for this move, as we are not the booker - this customer did not hire us. I advised Mrs. [redacted] to go through proper channels to file a claim for any damage during the moving process.

You only offered to come back out AFTER I complained to the Revdex.com about the terrible job done to assemble things that you knew full well were meant to have been done while unpacking and delivering. And I never heard back anything when my son found one of your box cutters open in his toy box.  Imagine the law suit you could have on your hands for that negligence.  I do not have an unrealistic expectation of what unpacking means. I have made 19 moves in 20 years, 6 of them big international moves. I expect my items which were taken apart to be assembled (beds put together, dresser mirrors to be attached to the dressers, any feet on furniture removed to be attached) and any breakages to be made aware of.  I never once expected items to be put away, nor have I EVER made claims they were meant to be. You have never offered to many anything right, when your workers complained about needing to build the beds instead of telling them they had to do it, you emailed me telling me that the items would all be put together tomorrow by the other crew, who denied all knowledge and didnt even bring tools to do so! In spite of the fact one of the workers was the SAME both days. So dont go telling me I've got unrealistic expectations  Revdex.com:
