So the warranty I have purchased for my washer and dryer are worthless! They put me on hold and leave me there for an extremely long time and never come back to the phone unless it is to get snotty! I have a washer that does not work and they will not help me. I have a 5 year extended warranty I paid a lot of money for and so far I am CHEATED!
