When I 1st got in contact with this company ***Was sweet as pie .Very polite told me they will handle everything just sign the online contracts and make the bi weekly paymentsI just got home from work and was cooking me and my child something to eat and it crossed my mind that a payment to federated financial might be coming out my account soonI call the number with her ext she picks right up .I say hey *** this is Mike xxxxx ...hey How can I help you" Well I was calling to see when my next payment was coming out of my checking account so I can post pone the next payment til a further dateShe starts letting me have it bout how I need to check my emails and how it's not her job to receive calls from me she is just the intake and blah blah blah ....night and day difference from the past or times we spoken and now ,But I'm out of + dollars now tomorrow I will be asking for a refund since no services have been performedI can not trust a company that is unprofessional as she displayed tonight and I'm reading reviews that are saying they rip people off and they are not paying the creditorsI paying back myself and I'll know they are getting payedI asked *** when she was still acting professional why the creditors are still calling and what should I do Her response was don't answerI feel stupid for continuing business with them...I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACKTALKING ABOUT FEELING UNCOMFORTABLEIM A SINGLE FATHER STARTING WITH NOTHINGI CAN NOT AFFORD THIS LOST
