I am so sorry that Mrs. [redacted] was not contacted. I personally would have contacted...

Mrs. [redacted] myself on Saturday, July 18, 2015, if I would have been aware that she had even made a complaint by phone to our establishment.
I was unaware of Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint until Monday, July 20, 2015 at 1:20 pm, when I received a call from the [redacted] from the Saint Louis County Health Department.
I did not have any contact information for Mrs. [redacted] until today Friday, July 24, 2015 when I received this complaint from the Revdex.com.
Immediately, I mailed Mrs. [redacted] a check for a full refund of $51.71 for the purchase of the cake and cupcakes.
I have retrained our staff on the protocol of any future complaints we may encounter. We have always prided ourselves on excellent quality products and customer service.
We have also put into place new guidelines for covering any open containers that can not be fully closed due to the design of the product. Which [redacted] of the Saint Louis County Health Department has deemed a perfect solution to the open container issue.
We have always maintained an A rating with the Saint Louis County Health Department since 1966. We certainly are in compliance with the Health Department. We welcome any improvements and all advice they have given us over the past 49 years to maintain our perfect standing with them.
We have also done our very best to maintain good standing with the Revdex.com. Our customers always come first here at Federhofer's Bakery. We do our best to make every customer 100% satisfied with our products and our service here at Federhofer's Bakery.
