I give them no stars and caution anyone not to use them. After they were 35 minutes late, I called. He said he had to check my order. Whoever he was, he just laid the phone down and started yelling and talking about losing our order. He then picked up the phone and told me he would call me right back. After an hour, I called again. At this point, we had been waiting for them for 4 hours. He said he was just getting to our order and someone would be here in an hour unless there was traffic or something. I told them we had already been waiting for hours and as a new customer, our relationship wasn't starting off great. He then began yelling at me and telling me they were too busy for phone calls. Since he was yelling at me, I said I'm a new customer and didn't cause your problems so I wasn't sure why he was yelling at me. He then began yelling again and I said I think we should cancel the order. He yelled that was better for them if we did and hung up on me. I have prepaid for this order, so I had to call back and ask when they would refund my money. He yelled they would do it Monday.

Review: Several weeks ago, [redacted] delivered three yards of mulch to my home. In doing so, the delivery truck leaked oil in multiple spots on the driveway. I was not home at the time of delivery, but my wife who was, verified that the truck had stopped at several spots on the driveway that coincided with the puddles of oil. The next morning, I sent an e-mail to [redacted]. They responded immediately and stated that they would take care of the problem and would have someone come to look at it. In the ensuing weeks, I sent several e-mails and received a response that they were coming. They have not made any attempt to address the problem other than what turned out to be empty promises. We take pride in the appearance of our home and yard. I also understand that this is a busy time of year for the landscape business. That being said, the failure to address the problem has been compounded by the written lies that they would remedy it. [redacted] may rest assured that in addition to legal action, I will be sure to tell everyone who compliments our property not to use this company.Desired Settlement: I agreed to let them attempt to remedy the problem, but they simply haven't appeared, despite several written promises to do so. I will pay to remedy the problem myself and will file the appropriate legal action to recover my costs. I can't settle with a business that doesn't keep its word.

Review: I bought 12 yards of single shred mulch from this company. after 3 promised delivery days early May 2015 we finally received it. My first contact was regarding this purchase. within a few days of spreading the mulch our grass and numerous plants were turning yellow and dying, I also had to wear a respirator while working with it because of the extremely strong ammonia smell. We were told that this mulch had been setting since last December and we should have watered it down and not put it in contact with living plants. We had not been warned in any way when we placed the order, nor when we received it. I've dealt with mulch beds and landscaping for 45 years and have never been told not to put the mulch near plants! This first call ended with the owner informing me that he would do nothing. Approximately 3 weeks later I was seen by my doctor because I had developed a rash on my lower legs. My doctor felt that it was due to the mulch. I then placed a second phone call about this problem. I spoke with a woman this time. Again I was told that no refund would be given. Today, June 23/15 I sent another email after yet another development with the mulch. I'm now treating it for a very fast growing fungus. something that I've never seen around my yard. the mulch already appears as thou its well over a year old (resembles dirt) I sent pictures and have again ask for a refund so I could have this mulch removed and replaced. I've incurred Doctor expenses, disease expense, extreme water usage but yet I've asked for nothing more then a refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund on monies paid $277.72
