Delivery Driver was suppose to deliver a time sensitive package on SaturdayThe driver supposedly scanned a tag at 4:pm stating that no one was at the address to sign for the packageNot only was I there waiting for the delivery, but six other individuals were also at the addressIt was the end of the day, and the driver simply liedI called customer service and they did absolutely nothing to remedy the situationNow, I am told that I will have to wait days (Tuesday) and take time off from work in order to sign for and receive this package or I could wait an additional 48-hours to have the item re-routed to my workI was also told that FedEx would not refund my shipping feeI will NEVER deal with FedEx again!

THE WORST DELIVERY DRIVERS! The driver delivering my package LIED and said that I wasn't home and that they left a doortagI was sitting outside my apt for over an hour waiting on them and no one showed up! When I called the rep said that it was my word against theirs! They have NO customer service and their drivers are NOT reprimanded for saying that they attempted a delivery when they really didn't! I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com about this because something needs to change! The drivers only do this to their customers because their management allows it! How can a place with such a poor record of customer service still be open?! I lost hours at work waiting on this delivery when I could've just had it held at a FedEx locationThis cost me money and inconvenience and I will be filing a lawsuit!
