I received a phone call today about a debt to children's hospital that we supposeably owe This debt is supposeably from February 2015, however as of July we have never received any sort of statement in the mail in regards to this debt This same situation happened the previous year, where we took our son to the hospital in and they called to say they had not been paid When faxed the statements proving payment they still called to say we owed money I have no faith in their billing practices, and refuse to pay anything when they can not be bothered to send out a statement There is something seriously wrong with a company who does not send out any sort of billing within a reasonable amount of time, and months is not a reasonable amount of time I do not appreciate the tone of the first employee I spoke with, who just wanted to talk over me Overall, this is a horrible experience, and I will never go back to this hospital for either of my children

My daughter *** has a chronic health issue and has had several visits to Children's Hospital in Minneapolis We received a notice in the mail last week from Creditor Advisors indicating that we owe Children's Hospital $ I called the Hospital's business office today and asked them about the bill I was told it was for services provided in July of and that the matter had been sent to a collection agency quite some time ago I told the woman on the phone that I had called the hospital months earlier and was told at that time that we owed no more money During that earlier phone call, I had asked for a copy of the invoice for the purpose of sending it to Remistart (company that makes Remicaid drug) to let them know we no longer owed anything to the hospital I didn't remember the date of my last call to Children's Hospital but was told it was made in October of In light of this information, we put the matter behind us since we were told we owed no more
