***:I am writing in response to your complaint to the Revdex.com regarding your February 18, shipment, under package tracking number ***Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionAccording to our records, this shipment was tendered to FedEx on Wednesday, February 18, for delivery by or on Thursday, February Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, this shipment was not delivered as anticipatedWe regret that you differ in your assessment of the weather conditions, and can only advise that we make our assessments based on the overall safety of the situation for our personnel, our vehicles and our cargoOften there are specific concerns regarding why weather issues in one area might affect flight and delivery schedules in another areaPlease note that the actual weather conditions at the origin or destination of a shipment are not necessarily relevant to the overall effects of major weather systems that impact our operationsInclement weather at any location along the path of transport can result in a delay that can preclude our ability to meet the delivery commitment for a given shipmentFinal delivery was recorded at 11:a.mon Monday, February 23, when this shipment was released at the front door of the recipient location without a signature being obtained at the time of delivery.

 I am rejecting this response because:
This is the first email I have seen from you and therefore, if I never received a first response to respond to a little unfair to state the problem was resolved. As for the FedEx service, there was no inclement weather in my town on the day my package sat on their truck for 5 days. This was a 2 day delivery. So glad Amazon listened to me. I received a full refund for the shipping and the item that was delayed. Very sad that these carriers seem to do as they please.[redacted], **
