 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This loan was originated from an institution that I attended and again, the date the loan originated is NOT March 2009. Heather expressed in her mailer to me that by law they are to report accurate information to the credit bureaus and unfortunately, Fed Loan is not abiding by this law as they continue to report erroneous information on all 3 of my credit reports. This loan was originated in 2009 but prior to March. I am requesting that I be provided with the signed promissory note that reflects the date that they are reporting. Per the National Student Loan Database, which is the one and only accurate reporting agency for this loan, the date they're reporting is incorrect. Furthermore, the payment history being reported reflects that the 1st date of delinquency is May 2014 on [redacted], June 2014 on [redacted] & on [redacted] February 2014. Well which one is it really. How can this be accurate if it’s all different? I am requesting that these reporting’s be deleted or updated to reflect the correct loan details per the NSLD under the Fair Credit Reporting Act immediately.
