 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I received a letter from Fed Loans stating that they did indeed sent me the letter, which I know they did. My credit is being affected by this and I am upset because I am a great payer. I try to the best of my ability to do everything I am suppose to do. I am a Med School student. I don't have the funds for this loan. I would of had it if I hadn't received the letter. With it being the holidays and me starting school in January I HAVE REACHED my limit. The letter I received from federal loans said that I could apply for student forgiveness. I don't understand why they cannot just forgive my loan, being that this is my first loan and that I paid that loan back faithfully. I was never later. I always paid on time or earlier than it was time to pay. They are saying my account is delinquent. The headquarters should be able to see that their is an open claim on my account. Why is my account still being billed right now. I called and spoke to fed loans two weeks ago trying to speak with the Heather Advocate and I got no where. I spoke with Joshua there so I am sure it is notated in my file. Please Revdex.com I am begging you to help me. They won't help me. I am doing my part in trying to contact them. They have not tried to help me. No one has called me, no one has told me they are sorry for this inconvenience. I am asking for my loan to be wiped away, being that this is not my fault.
Regards,
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me so far, but further work on the part of Fedloan Servicing is required to fully resolve this issue.Representative Heather called me this morning to let me know that she would be handling the situation and gave me her direct contact info.  I thanked her for calling me but let her know that I found it disheartening that after 7 months of requesting a call back it took a report to the Revdex.com to finally get that call back.  We also discussed how and when the resolution would finally take place and she said she still had to "research the issue" and that might take up to 2 weeks.  I'm hoping that the final resolution will not take that long - I am a teacher on summer break and I would like to have this resolved before going back to school in mid-August while I have the time during the day now to work on things.I look forward to hearing back from Heather and I am hopeful that this situation can finally be resolved soon.  I will be calling her within the next week or so if I don't hear back from her and I will keep the Revdex.com up to date on the situation if I do not feel there is any progress being made from this point forward.  Thanks to the Revdex.com for their work on my behalf so far.

I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate that they are looking into my complaint, and have been for several weeks now, I cannot accept a "response" until it contains substantive answers rather than "we are looking into it."
