I am rejecting this response because:PHEAA aka FedLoans is NOT licensed by PA as they are not part of the state govt.  They are very abusive, and hard-handed.  They care about no one but themselves.  I have had numerous problems with them and they threatened me.  I guess that is OK with the Revdex.com.  I do not need these people in my life!!!Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:I am attaching the original document where I signed up for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness. They raised my payment to ensure that I was eligible. Now they are saying that none of my payments count towards my loan forgiveness. If you look on the additional documents that I have attached, you can see it says qualifying payments "0", but an estimated eligibility date of 7/17/2022, which would be the exact date of my forgiveness if they had applied my payments like they said that they would.

I am rejecting this response because:
Fedloan Servicing wrote a letter to me stating all the things they said on the telephone. They are a fraud and seem to be taking advantage of children graduating from school. They need to be held accountable! They were suppose to call me back and let me hear my recording by February 23, 2016, they have now told me there is no recording!  Yet, in their letter it suggests that when I called I heard an automated system tell me the payoff amount which is TOTALLY FALSE! I call the # listed ###-###-####. I dont have an acct number so I enter ss#. It gives options which I hit 0 for a customer service rep and did NOT hear my automated payoff info which they suggested. I guess when I call and speak to a person and ask a payoff amount I assume they are giving me correct information and NOT lying to me. I have complained to the Consumer Protection and the Board of Education also.
