I am rejecting this response because: the company has made a significant mistake and they have to be held accountable. Further clarification is required to prevent this from happening in the future. A company should not be able to state policies on letter head and disregard what they have written!

if Jish was truly concerned and genuinely wanted an opportunity to correct this violation of privacy, why wouldn't he have reached out with a phone call? Why hasn't anyone reached out with a phone a call? My original issue of what I was calling for assistance one still had NOT been resolved either!

I am rejecting this response because:The voicemail I received from Nate said he would follow up with a written response. That was over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a formal response. This response today also says I will receive a written response. I'm still waiting for that response. Further, this customer service reps from this company give me an answer and then I get a differnt answer from another rep. I can't trust anything from this company unless I get a written response. This company should not be allowed to service loans.
