I am rejecting this response because:
I have not heard anything from the made up "Nate" person.  No, you have not contacted me any further since I filed this complaint.  I just double checked my email to make sure I did not miss anything.  No, I sure did not.  I just caught you in another lie.  I have tried to contact you almost daily for the for the past 3 weeks, without a response.  Which is simply irresponsible on you part.  Please just stop the lies.  I have paid the 31 cents, which ended up being 32 cents, due to another penny of interest.  This is because this loan mysteriously jumped up to over 20 after filing my complaint with you.  There was no explanation as to why this was thousands of percentage points higher, and when I clicked on see details, a window popped up to read that this information was not available. This was very suspicious, and showed me your continued dishonest business practices!  So, I just gave in and let you steal my 32 cents to prevent you from stealing over 20 dollars.Congratulations! You won, and successfully stole 32 cents from me!  I hope you are proud of your self.

I am rejecting this response because:it is 9/14/16, FedLoan Servicing is still showing I have a $625 bill due today even though I paid it on 8/26/16, they have not reapplied my payments nor has anyone from FedLoan Servicing contacted me.
