[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
It has been 11 days (8 "business days") since you have received this complaint.  I have yet to hear from this so called "Borrower Experience Advocate Nate" in which I was suppose to have received a "formal letter from".I have also received a letter of collection attempts post marked 1/29/2016 as well as a phone call at 13:11 on 2/4/2016.  Both of which are in violation in terms that I specified in my complaint through the Revdex.com; which "Wilbert P[redacted] Borrower Experience Advocates FedLoan Servicing" had agreed to by his response, in which he named a specific person ("Borrower Experience Advocate Nate") through a "formal letter" which is in an acceptable form of contact OUTSIDE of this complaint.  For your reference, here is the original statement in my complaint:  "Starting 1/29/2016 at 12:01am CST any phone calls or letters received from this company will be considered harassment until this issue has been resolved through the Revdex.com, or I authorize contact by a specific representative through this process.".  FedLoan Servicing was in receipt of this complaint and responded to it 1/28/2016 at 16:34:12.  At this junction, we are in harassment territory as FedLoan Serving has violated terms stated in the complaint through the Revdex.com, and has failed to follow up on their stated intentions in their Revdex.com response.
