 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because FedLoan Servicing was not authorized to consolidate my student loans.  The company often provides inconsistent information on weekly and monthly basis.  During the past month, I have received correspondences from three different representatives from the company after I officially requested to speak with James P[redacted] to resolve the problem. The company has granted a forbearance on a fraudulent account, but claims that I do not make payments to [redacted].   I recently received a letter from Stephanie M[redacted] stating that the forbearance was never granted.  The information is inconsistent with the documents that were sent to me via postal mail during the past five months.I have not received any assistance from anyone at the company to resolve the problem.  The representatives at FedLoan Servicing are attempting to force me into accepting a loan agreement that I did not authorize.  Since the company often provides inconsistent information, I am not comfortable speaking to anyone except for the president of the company.  Mr. P[redacted] has yet to respond directly to my inquiries.  I recently informed all representatives to respond to my concerns in writing since they often call my number to harass me occasionally. The account is currently being disputed with [redacted].  [redacted] and [redacted] has blocked the company from reporting false information to the credit bureaus.

I am rejecting this response because:
What the company informed the Revdex.com is not true.  I have attached the four documents they sent on the July 27 date they are referring to, which do not address the concerns, they are simply summaries of payments.  While they have adjusted my monthly payment to the correct amount, they compounded the problem when I paid $995.49 on 7/4/17, but they only show a payment of $250.05 (as indicated by the screenshots that I have sent the Revdex.com).  For some reason, the company has changed the amount that I actually paid on 7/4/17.  There is still $775.44 of unaccounted for money that I should either be paid back to use for future payments or this money should be used directly by the company for my future payments.  As of right now, they are not crediting me for the difference and my money is missing.Again, I'm not sure why they changed my 7/4/17 payment to $250.05 when I paid $995.49 (as shown by the screenshots provided), but I would like to know where this money is.

Revdex.com:
Per their reevaluation and recognizing they were in violation of federal law, and backdating the overcharges to OCT 2 2015, I accept the response from FEDLOANSERVICING.
