I was scammed by this groupThey had a web site that looks like the IRS web site for reporting the FBAR and I utilised it, thinking it was the IRS web siteThey only inform you that they are not the IRS in tiny letters at the bottom and in another page separate from the FBAR filing pageAfter I fell into the scam and paid the $195, I cancelled my credit card and disputed paymentThey sent me threats that they would ruin my credit rating and they would sue meI googled for their firm "I & J Services" and found it nowhere on the webI called the gov't to report and they alerted me that there are many such scams on the Internet, many of them coming from abroad, and confirmed that I was right in cancelling my credit card and disputing the payment I hope no one else falls into their hands

Dear [redacted] ,I am not sure what gave you any impression to the contrary, but our site states quite clearly what we do and that we are a third party service that assists with the ITIN application process, offering guidance and answering questions along the wayOften we are able to save our clients hours of research, and save them from making many of the common mistakes that cause applications to be rejectedOver 98% of our clients are assigned ITIN numbers without unnecessary delays or rejectionsOur service is similar to that of many other accounting firms that assist with any and all IRS forms and applications. As far as the mistakes you mentioned on the form, they were corrected within minutes of you bringing them to my attention and was emailed to you several times(I have also attached it here for your convenience)I don't know why you keep on claiming that the form is unusableAdditionally, I offered you a partial refund for the misunderstanding despite the fact that our terms and conditions do not generally allow for refunds after an application has been processedWishing you all the best and a pleasant day.Sincerely,***

I was scammed by this group. They had a web site that looks like the IRS web site for reporting the FBAR and I utilised it, thinking it was the IRS web site. They only inform you that they are not the IRS in tiny letters at the bottom and in another page separate from the FBAR filing page. After I fell into the scam and paid the $195, I cancelled my credit card and disputed payment. They sent me threats that they would ruin my credit rating and they would sue me. I hope no one else falls into their hands.

Dear [redacted],I am not sure what gave you any impression to the contrary, but our site states quite clearly what we do and that we are a third party service that assists with the ITIN application process, offering guidance and answering questions along the way. Often we are able...

to save our clients hours of research, and save them from making many of the common mistakes that cause applications to be rejected. Over 98% of our clients are assigned ITIN numbers without unnecessary delays or rejections. Our service is similar to that of many other accounting firms that assist with any and all IRS forms and applications. As far as the mistakes you mentioned on the form, they were corrected within minutes of you bringing them to my attention and was emailed to you several times. (I have also attached it here for your convenience). I don't know why you keep on claiming that the form is unusable. Additionally, I offered you a partial refund for the misunderstanding despite the fact that our terms and conditions do not generally allow for refunds after an application has been processed. Wishing you all the best and a pleasant day.Sincerely,[redacted]

I needed to file a gov't form with FBar and when I looked up their website, I got [redacted] which I assumed was the gov't website. I filled out the form adding personal information and then at the end they wanted to charge me a fee. Since I have never paid a fee in the past, I was suspicious and was able to chat with a representative and Casper informed me that it was a 3rd party and they would file on my behalf. I did not pay the fee and was mad that there was no indication that it was a 3rd party until the end of the form, below the request for payment. I did find the proper place to file through the actual IRS Site. The reason that I am complaining to you is that they had a Revdex.com seal on their page. Should I be worried that they have my personal information?

Review: This company charged me $85 for filling out a W-7 form for my wife, claiming on their website that they will be filing all of the process for us.

Next day I get an email with the W-7 form, filled out only "which I can get for free from the IRS", they asked me to mail it in, and they made a mistake in the address, they mixed up the U.S. address with the foreign address, I sent them several times to fix this and they did not respond to any of my emails.

I was scammed in two ways, first with their falls advertisement, send they gave me a document that I can't even use.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund because I was scammed and offered a document that I can't use.
