Feel Good Air Conditioning

I was referred to Feel Good by First American Home Warranty (FAHW)They deemed I needed a replacement HVAC package unitI only spoke to *** once but communicated with several e-mailsEverything that follows is fully documented.My experience was atrocious, unprofessional and vindictiveFeel Good argued with me that a County or City permit was NOT needed; there is no question that it isThey wanted to do the job without a permit; my understanding from *** at The Alliance of Construction Trades is that they were unaware and have been doing all their replacements and new units without permitsIf any readers have used Feel Good for a heating package, please check with them for a permitThey also oversized my unitAn old 2.5T unit was being removed; other companies confirmed a 2.5T was required but Feel Good insisted on a 3.5T unit based on their estimated house size of s.f.; I told then the house was s.fand they still indicated a larger unitThey would not provide a number for the added cost of operation.They gave me a dollar number for the non-covered FAHW costs of $1,subsequently raised to $1,late the same day I accepted the offer within business hours both with Feel Good and FAHW ; I also followed up by insisting on a permit as well as more questions on the cost of operation of the larger unit.\r\n\r\nFeel Good came back TWO days later saying I had not accepted their offer on a timely basis and they could not start the job for daysWhen my tenant called them, *** indicated she expected we would not select them to do the workTheir conduct was clearly unprofessional and improper
