Dear [redacted] ,You contacted us a while ago claiming that you never received your package but when we track the status of your order it says, Delivered!Now you are saying that you don't like the items you purchased and you want a refund.We responded only to one of your requests because one of the items you purchased is on Clearance and is not refundable or exchangeable.That's the only time we ever received any emails from you.Also, on our website stated that customers should Contact us via email to obtain Return Authorization Number, and not by phone.Our Return and Exchange Policy is and should be equal to every customer! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that they are misrepresenting the truth.  For your reference, details of what happened appear below.
I never said that my items were not received, I submitted a request to return them.  I received the response of "request rejected" and "pending request".  In short---unresolved.  If I cannot return the items on sale, then I would like to exchange that item, and return the other item that I can return.  Unfortunately the FeelRoxy business does not allow for any actual resolution because they do not respond to repeated emails.Please let me know how to resolve the issues.

I made a purchase at the time I checkout it stated I would receive email shortly with tracking number I attempted to reach this company I got a recording saying the number not in service now I worried I might not receive the item I ordered. I usually read reviews before purchasing items online unfortunately this time I didn't afterwards I also sent several emails no response hopefully I will get my purchase kinda skeptical after reading reviews you should be able to contact a reputative company especially when it's states customer service 24/7 still waiting for tracking number via email

Review: I have tried to be in contact with the company numerous times in the only way that they allow---email request. I wanted to get a refund on products that I ordered which I did not like when I received them. Their policy states that refunds are possible if the request is made within 15 days of receipt of the order. I requested a return on both items ordered and they only responded about one by requesting the request without any reason. I have tried repeatedly to politely contact them with no response. There is no way to contact them by phone unfortunately.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to be able to return these items as promised on their website. Thanks.

Review: I ordered a product in a size that did not fit. I called and emailed the company asking for return or exchange information that could not be found on their site. No response. I called again and they informed that they do returns within a certain number of days, but now would not assist because we were past that number of days. They claim they didn't get my phone call or email. So, it seems to me they are lying about not receiving my call or email so that they can exclude me from their return policy. Bad business all around and there is probably a legal issue here, too.Desired Settlement: Refund the money I spent on this product that is worthless to me because it cannot be worn.
