The company's contact is located in the US, but the company is in China. The company provides a foreign number. I immediately emailed *** the person that sent me the order confirmation [email protected] to request to cancel the order and request a refund. She responded with a delayed shipping email. I contacted her again about cancellation and refund on 04/25/2020 again on 4/28/2020 no response. With some research I got a number of the company (909)476-8779 which seems to be used by other companies, same as the address ***. I tried every avenue to get a reply from this company to no avail.
