When to house on a Sunday because he wouldn't quick calling Home depot which handles there warrantyclaimsWhen I got there I found a lot of lint buildup on the moisture sensor this is why it wasn't drying or taking so long to dry,He wanted a new heating element ,but these are designed to out or not work and his was producing heat,What out second time to install new heater that was deliveredI found a larger pieces of lint built up on the sensors agaiI may sure she seen this, I couldn't get the screws off to replace it ask if I could come back ,she said yes but must be late, we agreed on Wednesday at 6pm zI was in Louisville all day ssnd got stuck in a large traffic jsm on and scene I was not goingto make the appointment,so I called, on Friday her husband call screaming that no one came and he was going to get someone else to installthe unit, two minutes later she called I did listen to her but when I tried to talk she kept interrupting me but I said I come out Saturday to work on it and beforewe hung up she gave me a smart comment, at that time I call right back but got answering machine and told them they need to find someone elseBoth of these people think that strong works and threats will get them what they want when they want, I did everything I could to work with them , I also stated this on my report to home depot

my response to this complaint is as follows I'm a third-party contractor she has an extended warranty company extended warranty company would not send me back out there regardless of what they told her I did not get a work order to go back and replace the part that she's concerned about
