This is my response for the client who complains about her hairI been in the business for now years and I value my clients.When she came it took her to long to decide what she wantsShe kept changing her mine for the style and she finally decidedShe chose her own hair and color but during the
process she still asking questionsWe were so patient with her for hours her hair was finally doneShe looks at the mirror and she said she loves her hair but next day she called me back saying she didn't like the color hair and I told her you chose your own color and she said she still don't like it and I told her if you want me to fix it you will have to pay again because it wasn't my fault and then she said again we braided too far down and I told her you told us to braided far down that's why we charge you $extraShe started screaming and cursingI always make sure my clients leave the shop with satisfaction because they will always bring me more clientsShe gave us hard time that day and she wasn't the only customer there and everybody else was looking at her.Fefe's hair braiding***
