My name is *** *** and I handle the complaints for Feher Rubbish Removal.I spoke with *** *** and I did inform that we cannot take responsibility for the trash cans after we empty them. I explained to her also that with all the snow that we have gotten and the banks being so
high, we place the empty trash can where we found them. When the cans are full of trash they are weighted down but after they are emptied if cars go by or the wind takes the can we cannot take responsiblity for that. After we left the can, cars could have done by and blown the can in the road and then the snowplow hit it. We cannot cover what happened after the can was emptied. I informed her that I could send her up to speak with *** for the cost of renting one of our toters instead of buying new. She agreed to speak with *** and that was the last that I heard anything about this.In the complaint, it states that *** told her that *** agreed that she should not pay for a toter. I spoke with *** and she states to me that she gave the price for renting one of our toters and she would inform Larry Feher. I apologize that MrFeher has not gotten back to her, however, MrFeher runs five(5) districts and is in and out of the office continously everyday. I did speak with *** *** and as per original conversation, we cannot take responsiblity after we empty the trash cans. As stated before, we do place the empty trash can where we found it and then go to the next stop. I am sorry that she has had a rought time with this winter but everyone has been battling the snow and snow banks with trash issues. We do strive to service our customers to the best of our ability with the everyday situations that occur with the weather that we have here in New York.Thank you for this time to explain our side and we hope to continue serving our customers with respect and consideration. pick ups.  Also we could not call [redacted] as the phone number that he gave us was not in service.  I also do the collections for Feher Rubbish and when [redacted] did not pay his bill, I sent out a letter and put his account on stop until he paid.  I have the following notes in the system: 4/4/14 phone is not in service put on stop and sent out letter.  4/8/14 received payment off stop service.  9/25/14 sending out 90 day letter that service will be on Oct 10.  Then [redacted] called and cancelled service with us and he spoke with the office manager in the front office.  [redacted] closed the account and she gave [redacted] credit of $98.50 for the services that he did not get.  There was a ticket to remove the toter also.  [redacted] spoke with no one in the back office as I can see with the notes that are in the system.  If there was any conversation, then it was not noted in the system.  However, today we also got the payment that [redacted] owed and he is paid in full and the account is closed.  I am sorry if he experienced any issues as he has been a customer since 2006.  When I speak with someone I make sure that I note that account so that if anything like this happens then the account will reflect it.  As far as I can see, this account is closed with a zero balance.  If needed I can email you the notes and the account history.  I feel this account and complaint should be closed as everything is closed and the account is zero.  Thank you for your time and if there is anything that you might need, please feel free to email me at [redacted].com  or my number is ###-###-####. Sincerely, [redacted]

My name is Theresa S. and I work for Feher Rubbish Removal, Inc.  I answer complaints regarding our company. I received a complaint from [redacted].  The complaint came from the office of the Revdex.com and the number is [redacted]. I looked into this account and the one pick up that she is...

stating that we did not pick up was not out at 3:00 p.m.  Also the customer called and was stating that we did not pick up her trash but she stated to the girl that took the phone call that we did not pick up her branches and leaves.  We do not pick up yard waste and when we informed her of that she cancelled service herself.  We did not close the account it was the customer.  We are in the process of retrieving the toter and gave her an adjustment of $54.00 when she cancelled service.  There is a remaining balance on the account of $27.00 to close the account with a zero balance. I feel that we have done the service that she signed up for.  We do not pick up yard waste and when she found that out she cancelled.  We did not cancel her account she cancelled.  We also gave her an adjustment and hope that she would be happy with that. we do apologize for the confusion but we did our service and we are waiting for the balance to be paid.  Thank you, Theresa

Hello Mr. [redacted], I have read your complaint and fully understand your frustration with Feher Rubbish, [redacted] Division. Our [redacted] Division has run into a multitude of issues over the past year as far as management, equipment, and staffing. I know that no one wants excuses, but I do want to let you...

know that we are in the process of fixing these issues to ensure better service to our customers. The Assistant General Manager, Ryan V., is permanently assigned to the [redacted] Division to clean up all of the issues that have been occurring. We have added two trucks to this division, hired a new office staff that will take care of issues instead of make excuses, and we have had corporate staff in this division to ensure that their standards are that of the company. We still lack a few drivers and are in the process of hiring at this time. A driver for our company must be an experienced CDL licensed driver with a clean driving record and background check, and must meet our safety standards. This has not been easy to come by in our [redacted] Division and we have been staffing [redacted] with temporary drivers from our [redacted] Division in order to get the jobs completed. This is what has bee causing delays in the routes being done. I am able to offer you the next 6 months of service at no charge, as you had requested. I will do everything within my power to get this division fully staffed so that you do not have to experience delay in the future. Thank You for your feedback. Kris W.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do accept their resolution of my refund of $72.00. Their response
that my garbage was not out on time is not true if anything it was out
earlier than usual that last week and it has been in the same place that
it has always been in the past with no issues. Thank you for your

I am answering the complaint from [redacted]. The complaint seems that when he puts the trash out we are not pickling it up.  Also he states that mother-in-law signed a contract.  Also he has stated that he has called several times and has gotten many excuses.I have gone over the...

account and I find first that we do not have a contract with this family as it is Residential and they are billed quarterly with no written contract.  They have a promotional rate with us and have (1) one 95 gallon toter....the second thing that I found was that there are no notes in the system that he has called with any complaint.  We do have one note that on November 7, 2014 that the trash was not out at 10:58 a.m.  We always ask that the trash be out the night before or by 6a.m. to ensure it is out for the drivers.  I have put in a note to the driver that when he is at this home, he is to call each time and report if trash is out or not and also the time.   Hoping this will satisify the Customer as that is our goal to  make sure Customers are happy and content with their service that we provide.  Also would like [redacted] to call me at the Corporate Office if he is having any more issues with his pick ups.  I can be reached at ###-###-####.Hope this will show the Customer that we are doing the best we can.  Customer service comes first. Sincerely, [redacted] Feher Rubbish Removal, Inc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If I had garbage bags full of yard waste, what about the trash from my own house hold? What about removing rotting food or other household waste???? I repeatedly called to get a service pick up for my household trash as well, AND WAS PROMISED IT, not by the girl that I talked to, but by a male employee. I could have disposed of the yard trash myself, but there is absolutely NO EXCUSE to tell me that you have done your job while I have rotting household trash in my trash can for three weeks. Also, I was never informed that my account has been cancelled until I called the [redacted] branch. If you cancelled my account, then why did someone promise to pick up my trash on Friday 4/24/15? Why is it so difficult to give me an update, to promise me things but never follow through. And then, you have the guts to tell me that you have done your job to the best of your ability. I ACCEPT the offer of the refund and the offer to remove your totes from my property; However, I don't accept your explanation or reasoning!

I do apologize for the treatment that you have received. I was made aware of this by your [redacted] post and I had contacted Al and Jack yesterday to make sure that this would be taken care of. Jack called me at 3:30 in the afternoon to tell me that his employee had just returned with your toters....

The employee that was sent to pick them up had signed off on the paperwork that they were picked up and Jack took his word for it. It seems that the [redacted] location was picked up but not the [redacted] St for some reason. Today I had run the GPS reports on the driver and it turns out that he did not go to the [redacted] St location, but stated that he did. I sent two drivers out today to ensure that it was picked up. The driver from yesterday was let go for not performing his job. As for the meeting, the manager had an issue to deal with and was assured that it would be taken care of that day. Jack and Al have both received corrective actions over this incident. No customer should have to deal with this level of dissatisfaction. I will have your refund done on Monday. If it was paid by credit card I will credit your card. If it was paid by check then I will cut a check and mail it on Monday. My sincere Apologies, Kris W. HR Manager

While I appreciate [redacted]'s response since I have not been successful on getting my phone calls returned, her information is not entirely accurate.  The bin was NOT placed where it was left, if it had been we would not be having these conversations.  More often than not we come home to find the trash bin (and often our recycle bins) in the road, usually cars avoid it but obviously a snow plow can't.  This was a large commercial trash bin (not a small trash can), if this was placed back where my husband had put it out it would not of been possible for it to be "blown in the street", it's too heavy to be blown around and it would of been sitting in the wet snow IN our driveway and it's not possible it could of blown out of that.  This bin is large, it doesn't even blow around in storms, etc. so that excuse is not valid.  And [redacted] DID NOT give me pricing information as [redacted] states.  She called to do so but when I told her I didn't want pricing information as we should not have to pay and I explained to [redacted] what happened and why I was calling and didn't feel we should have to pay to replace the bin, she AGREED with me and said we shouldn't and she would escalate this to an Account Manager.   When I said it should be common sense for the drivers to know not to leave the bin in the street, and that it's ridiculous that they would expect us to pay to replace it after it was destroyed due to their driver's error and lack of common sense she said she understood and AGREED.  As far as the excuse that Larry Feher is busy and that's why he can't call me back as he stated he would or return any of my phone messages, that is absurb.  He is a business owner with a client concern/complaint.  If he doesn't have time to handle this matter he should of delegated it to someone that does.  I did not specifically request to speak to him, that's just who they apparently escalated it to. Thank you for your time looking into this matter Revdex.com, I appreciate it.

We do apologize for the inconsistent service. I have mailed out a check for $29.30 on 6/21 to your home address. As for the recycling, I do not understand how they could mix recycling and trash. The trucks in your area are automatic one arm trucks. Then another truck must come out to pick up the...

recycling. The only way this could have happened is if they had used a dual packer that has trash on one side and recycling on the other side. We have used these in the past but they have been replaced with new trucks that pick up the toter themselves. The landfill also penalizes us for mixed recycling and trash so I doubt they were mixing or I would have received some warning from the landfill, which I have not. Thank You for your concern and letting us know about the inconsistent service in your area. Kris W. I am replying to case ID [redacted] reported by [redacted]. I have recently not responded to this complaint due to the nature of the case. This is a contract dispute where the customer does not feel that he needs to complete the contract terms that he agreed to and signed for on a contract. [redacted]...

states that we would not show up to pick up his trash but in fact we were there and the dumpster was blocked by vehicles. The Fact is that [redacted] is friends with another trash hauler that was finally servicing his area and this friend cut him a deal so [redacted] wanted to end his contract. This matter has been sent to our collections lawyer and be handled in court. Mike Feher recently left a message to try to work the issue out but his call has not been returned.   Thank You, Kris W. Feher Rubbish Removal apologizes for your inconvenience.  The route that you home is on was being done by a new driver and we have recently found out that there has been a few missed pick ups on that route. The driver has been terminated and will be replace with a more seasoned driver. I hope...
