Revdex.com spoke to Mark at business and the following was relayed:
The vehicle was first brought in March of 2014. The subframe was rotted and we replaced and aligned the vehicle. The customer returned in April of 2014 stating the alignment was off. We rechecked, we did not find anything wrong and we did not charge the customer. Alignments are not warrantied as any pothole in the road can throw it out of whack. In September of 2014 the customer brought the vehicle stating there was an issue with the alignment. We found there to be a small amount of toeing. We did not hear back from the customer until October of 2017 when the customer brought in the vehicle because the ABS light was on. We fixed the sensor and the customer had a concern that the steering wheel was not right. In order to address the steering wheel we have to check the alignment. We performed a steering wheel adjust and charged the customer 1/2 of an alignment charge, $50. The customer then went to [redacted] Tire. There was no alignment concern at that time but [redacted] Tire does free alignment checks and does one every time. I asked the customer to bring in the printout from [redacted] Tire so we could see what they are stating is wrong, the printout was never brought into us. I also offered to put the car back on the rack, with the customer present to check and explain everything as we went. If there was nothing wrong with the alignment, the customer would be responsible to pay for our time. If there is an alignment issue, we will adjust for free. I have not heard from the customer since. The offer still remains. We also test drive the vehicle before and after every alignment and we have never noticed what the customer is stating.

They Replaced my Subframe in 2014 and had to do the Alignment which was Never right then and I had to bring it back to them 3 different times to try and correct it but they Never did so I had [redacted] do it and it got done right the first time ! Back in March or April of this year They did a...

Complete 4 wheel Brake Job , New Alternator and Serpentine Belt which was Over Priced in my opinion since the Last Alternator that they had Already Replaced and an Inspection  ! Then in October of this year after only putting 760 miles on the car since April, the ABS Light came on so I called Ron to make an appointment to get it Looked at / Repaired ! After dropping it off to get Repaired, Ron infact called me to tell me what was wrong with the ABS and again told me that I Needed an Alignment again so I asked how much and he said $100 and I told him that I couldn't afford that so if he could do it for half of that then I guess go ahead and do it which they did ! After picking the Vehicle up and Paying for it in Full I knew immediately that it still wasn't right so when I just had 4 New Tires put on at [redacted] on October 24th they did a Free Alignment check and here we go again, it is off / not right so I called Fehlmans to see if they could Correct the problem again and Mark the Owner got on the phone and said that is Rediculous that I know it's right but you can bring it back here and if MY MACHINE SAID THAT IT IS RIGHT THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $50 BASICALLY TO GET MY CAR BACK AND IN MY OPINION THAT IS REDICULOUS BECAUSE THEY JUST DID THE ALIGNMENT ON OCTOBER 11TH OF THIS MONTH ! ( NO CORRECTION , NO WARRANTY, NO NOTHING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN OF HIS MACHINE SAID THAT IT WAS RIGHT ) I THINK THAT IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CRAZY REDICULOUS !
